Along the <strong>safari circuit<\/strong>, you can see giraffes, Tibetan bear, zebras, monkeys and more. The tourist train, on the contrary, covers an inner path that includes the visit to the educational pole; a stop in an oasis with a waterfall and rare examples, the puppet theatre and a stop-over in a small farm where courtyard animals live.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parco di Egnazia<\/strong>, with its <strong>Archaeological Museum<\/strong>, shows findings of the archeological excavations. In the hills, there are many typical large farms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\n\tWhat to see in Fasano\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p><strong>Fasano<\/strong> is rich of monuments, castles and towers. The <strong>main church<\/strong>, is for example entitled to <strong>San Giovanni Battista<\/strong>, saint patron of the city. The fa\u00e7ade was realized with tuff in the late Renaissance period. In the countryside there is the ancient <strong>Parco Rupestre Lama <\/strong>the biggest settlement in <strong>Apulia<\/strong>. On the flanks of the swords a village with a religious building was built. The swords are <strong>river paths<\/strong> excavated by the meteoric waters. The path of the rivers starts from the Murge and arrives to the sea.<\/p>\n<p>A really important event is called <strong>Scamiciata<\/strong>. It is the historical remembrance, celebrated every year on June 2<sup>nd<\/sup> to remember the victory over the Turks, in 1678. Through the streets of the city musicians, flag-throwers, jesters walk.<\/p>\n<p>Another important monument to see is the <strong>Minareto<\/strong>. The historical building was realized in 1918 by Damaso Bianchi and realized in the typical oriental style expression of the eclectic architecture.
